PLEASE READ THIS FIRST: JTS Midwest's Mission is to make the world a better place by accomplishing two objectives.  The first is finding businesses and people who need protection and supplying them with quality security products like surveillance, access control, locks and alarms to better protect them and their property.  The second is working with our customers in creative ways to protect them and ultimately catch criminals who steal, destroy property or commit violent and illegal acts such as fighting, use of weapons or and involvement in illegal drug use.  We can always present our customers more intuitive ways of dealing with safety than our competitors because of our experience with computer technology, networking, web development, custom fabrication of materials, extensive construction abilities and knowledge of covert military and police techniques.

JTS wants to further our efforts pertaining to our mission by hiring more caring and intelligent people who have the ability learn and adapt quickly, who have great communication and people skills, can think on their own while still being able to follow instructions and who have a  positive attitude.  Skills in the computer, surveillance, photography or construction areas are desirable but not necessary.  We will train the right people who believe in our mission, have a strong desire to carry the mission out and can work well with others.

 

Security Account Manager

Sr. Technology Installer

The Security Account Manager will generate new sales and manage customer relations.  Need to be clean cut, work well with people and be organized and punctual.  Experience with business to business sales is desired but not required.  The Security Account Manager needs to be able to create estimates, distribute literature and brochures to potential customers and keep in touch with current customers to make sure they are taken care of and know of new products and services that JTS Midwest offers that would benefit them. This position requires good communication skills, a lot of work on the computer, some travel and great follow ability.  This person will earn $400 on an average sale and should easily be able to do a sale a week to start and several sales a week after a short time on the job!  I started the company and earned $34, 000 my first year just on sales! After a couple years on the job a Security Account Manager could easily make $50, 000+ per year!  This job is a commission only position but the commissions are very high!  No benefits but many company perks available!

The Sr. Technology Installer will be in charge of a 2-man crew and install analog, hybrid and IP network cameras and digital DVR's.  Must have valid drivers license, be well versed in construction techniques and be able to work in all types of weather conditions and at heights.  Knowledge of PCs and networking helpful but not necessary.  Excellent people skills and good organization required.  Must be willing to travel and work with flexible hours (some weeks might be 20 hours and some might be 40+ hours), meaning some nights and some weekends might be necessary.  Starting hourly wages from $12 to $15 per hourly dependant on experience. Raises often with hard work and good reliability.  Experienced Senior Installers can make $25 to $30 per hour after a few years with the company.  No Benefits to start but many company perks available.

Associate Technology Installer

The Associate Technology Installer must be able to assist the Sr. Technology Installer with cabling, installation of cameras and DVRs.  Must be clean cut, very friendly and good with people, work well in a team environment and be able to organize, listen to and follow instructions easily.  Must also be able to keep busy and do work on their own within having to be told what to do.  Knowledge of hand tools, ladders and PCs is desirable but not necessary.  Must be able to work flexible hours (some weeks might be 15 hours and some weeks might be 40+ hours), Must have valid drivers license, be able to lift 75+ pounds, carry ladders and work at heights and all kinds of weather.  Starting pay is ar$8 per hour and those who are responsible and work hard will get a raise to $9 per hour after 30 days.  Associate Technology Installers can earn up to $15 per hour after a couple years of work for the company.  This position could lead to a promotion to Sr. Technology Installer with more money and more responsibility. No benefits but many company perks available!
